The Beginning

A Foundation Built on Impossible Standards

In 2012, our founder returned from a decade working with Europe's most acclaimed architecture studios with a singular conviction: that the Gulf deserved residences of world-class distinction.

Starting with a modest team of architects and a relentless pursuit of material excellence, We delivered our first project in 2014 — a boutique tower in DIFC that sold out in 72 hours and won the Middle East Architecture Award that same year.

A decade later, our portfolio spans 14 completed projects, over 2,000 residences delivered, and a waiting list that stretches years into the future.
